The services market, particularly the construction sector, is currently experiencing fierce competition between different operators. In this context, it is essential for each service provider to find strengths that will set them apart from their competitors and make them stand out from the crowd. One of the most effective ways to improve the quality of services, performance, credibility of a company, and compliance with testing standards is to embark on so-called progress initiatives, namely: certification and accreditation, which remain internationally recognized. The company will gain the trust of its customers, who will be reassured to see that their service providers comply with global standards, as well as that of its employees, who will feel more comfortable working in a friendly, clear, and organized environment with reliable and compliant products.
CERTIFICATION PROCESS
The LNHC has therefore committed to a quality approach in order to guarantee customer and staff satisfaction.
In this context, the company has implemented a Quality Management System that extends not only to customers, but to all relevant stakeholders of the organization, who form the organization's ecosystem.
We manage, modify, and improve the quality management system using risks and opportunities identified and deemed relevant to the organization, taking into account the context, challenges, and all interested parties, with the primary goal of obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.
In order to capitalize on the experience and expertise acquired in its sector of activity and to improve the quality of its services.
With this in mind, the work consisted of identifying the various anomalies affecting the achievement of the company's objectives in order to ensure continued progress and growth, as well as proposing appropriate solutions and implementing improvements at minimal cost to correct deviations from the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The implementation of this system, which is already up and running and nearing completion, will improve customer satisfaction and also contribute to the standardization of business processes, the development of managerial practices, and the implementation of effective business management tools.
ACCREDITATION PROCESS
The LNHC also plans to commit to accrediting its calibration and testing laboratories in accordance with ISO IEC 17025 V 2017, which is a medium-term project for the company that will enable it to guarantee the quality of the tests and calibrations it performs, in line with our customers' needs.
Therefore, given the significant economic stakes in the construction and public works sector, adopting an approach that guarantees the reliability of results and product compliance, and that affirms the technical competence of the laboratory, is the most appropriate solution to meet these requirements.
