A company's competitiveness is closely linked to related to its quality management system.
As part of the monitoring of this system, for the purposes of certification according to the standard ISO 9001 V 2015, A training plan relating to quality issues is being implemented.
A training course on internal quality auditing, considered a key part of corporate strategy for verifying the effectiveness of the quality management system, particularly for identifying areas for improvement, was provided to our quality managers, with the Professor Nacer DADDI-ADDOUN, PhD in Strategic Management.
- Training Program:
Among other things, it covered a refresher on the requirements of ISO9001V2015, training on quality auditing according to ISO 19011 V2018, and the use of the recording equipment needed to conduct an internal quality audit.
- Educational objectives of the training:
This enabled the trained staff, at the end of this training, to:
- Plan an audit program tailored to the company
- Conducting audit interviews under the best conditions
- Write the audit report and action plan
- Monitor the implementation of the action plan and its progress
