As part of the ongoing implementation of the quality management system initiated by the company with a view to obtaining certification in accordance with the standard ISO 9001: V 2015, Cross-audits across all LNHC structures, conducted by the company's internal quality audit team, were carried out during the period from October 4 to 13, 2022, for the purpose of verifying, among other things:
- Compliance with the reference framework;
- The effectiveness of the quality system: achieving planned levels of performance;
- The relevance and effectiveness of quality indicators for process control and dashboard monitoring.
These audits remain a means of communication within the company and are an integral part of the quality system; they are a real means of continuous improvement and of maintaining or achieving regulatory compliance.
