Quality within the LNHC is labeled ISO 9001 version 2015However, it reflects the commitment of its leaders and the entire team to continuous improvement in pursuit of total quality and even excellence.
Thus, the Quality Management System, even though it is still in its early stages of implementation, will undoubtedly raise its center to the level of international standards.
With a view to certification, management reviewed the system in place to ensure that it remains appropriate, suitable, effective, and in line with the organization's strategic direction. The review brought together the entire executive team, the quality steering committee, and the company's central managers, chaired by theThe Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Fayçal Boukadem.
This management review was divided into two parts:
- A review section bilan, where the operations and results of the past period are compared with the strategic objectives set.
- A review section perspective, in order to establish a vision of the changes and opportunities within the company and in its environment, before defining strategies for the concrete realization of its ambitions.
