The National Housing and Construction Laboratory (EPE LNHC/SPA) is launching a National and International Open Call for Tenders with Minimum Capacity Requirements under the  N°12/DG/LNHC/2025, concerning:

The acquisition of five (05) multifunctional geotechnical drilling rigs with accessories, divided into two separate lots.

• Lot 01: Three (03) geotechnical drilling rigs mounted on trucks
• Lot 02: Two (02) tracked geotechnical drilling rigs

Bidders interested in this Open National and International Call for Tenders with Minimum Capacity Requirements may obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the General Management of EPE LNHC/SPA located at Ain Naâdja, section 3, Ilot de propriété 253 – Gué de Constantine-Algiers, for the sum of thirty thousand (30,000.00) Algerian dinars.

Bids accompanied by the required documents must be submitted to the Secretariat of the General Management of the EPE LNHC/SPA located at Ain Naâdja, Section 3, Property Block 253 – Gué de Constantine, Algiers, as specified in the specifications, in a sealed envelope marked anonymously with the following information:

The deadline for submitting bids is set at thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Open National and International Call for Bids with Minimum Capacity Requirements.

Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date of submission of bids.

Submissions received after the deadline for submission of bids will not be considered.
