In January 2008, LNHC was established as a group comprising the parent company and four subsidiaries.
Since January 2016, it has been attached to the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and Cities (M.H.U.V) by resolution of the State Participation Council No. 05/144/28/03/2015. The current organization of EPE LNHC/Spa has been established as a single company with the creation of five (5) regional directorates located throughout the country, with 13 technical units and 26 branches, divided into five regions:
- Regional headquarters for the Central Region located in Algiers;
